Team History
AAX was founded in early 2018 and after over 18 months of research and development, the exchange was officially launched in November 2019.
From the outset, the goal was to create a digital asset exchange that would be attractive to the vibrant community of retail traders, while still being able to withstand regulatory scrutiny and suit institutional financial market participants.
To create a world-class exchange suitable for both retail and institutional investors, we have brought together professionals from the world of cryptocurrencies, creatives, as well as from corporate structures such as HSBC, IBM and JPMorgan.
AAX has offices throughout the Asia-Pacific region and a team of 200 is led by CEO Thor Chan. Drawing on his experience as Deputy CEO of FDT Group, product management experience at App Annie and Microsoft, and experience in building low latency trading systems, Chan successfully established AAX as the leading institutional-grade exchange in the region in less than a year.

I have been using the AAX exchange for a year. When I was new to investing, I experienced ups and downs that taught me a lot. Perhaps today I would do many things differently, but experience is experience, and I am very grateful for that. I gave AAH stars because:
1. The platform itself is very convenient to use.
2. Getting started was very easy. All the processes didn’t take long and everything seemed simple.
3. If you are just starting to invest or transfer your portfolio to AAX, the platform provides you with all the necessary tools. Schedules, support, updates and email notifications.
4. Educational articles from AAX are great.
6. Some may find the AAX commission a bit high, but it’s up to you to decide.

We communicate, so to speak, with the AAX exchange relatively recently, but I can already express my opinion. What I like most about AAX: easy to use interface, information is presented in a clear way, the latest dividend update is great. As for the support service / account manager: always in touch, ready to explain, answer questions, even give additional information that may be useful to you.
Intuitively got to AAX — very pleased. Great tool.
I had a mostly good experience with the AAX cryptocurrency exchange. True, when I first registered, I ran into several problems. It took AAH three weeks to verify my identity so I could start trading. I had to submit my documents for verification twice. The second time I had to do it over the phone and my account was approved within 2-3 hours. I still don’t know why it took less time, but it is. When it comes to transferring fiat money to my wallet, it’s very easy if you use a debit card. I don’t like that the minimum transfer amount is $10, but it’s better than the $100 minimum required for a bank transfer. However, AAX is a decent exchange that could use a few changes.
I cannot express how satisfied I am with the AAX cryptocurrency exchange. We use the exchange at work as a way to pay wages, which is insanely convenient, the functionality of the P2P withdrawal system works amazingly, there have never been problems with counterparties, + there is an opportunity to wait until the transfer first comes to me. Comfortable, cool, wow.
The AAX cryptocurrency exchange has been pleasing me for 5 months, it is literally the best thing I have invested in. I don’t know where the bad reviews come from, but I personally have a positive experience using this site, everything is as convenient as possible, withdrawal of funds, support is working properly, verification was very fast.
I read a lot of comments, but I never got to the bottom of it, all the bad reviews about the AAX exchange come down to who they are scammers, 0 confirmations, just some completely serial stories. Good reviews describe the big picture, in principle, the same as I see. Everything is in place on the exchange, and the interface, and the range of coins, and low commission, and ways to withdraw money. I am pleased.
Oh, how happy I am with the AAX exchange, you can’t find a better platform, I’m happy with every minute spent there. Now I’m playing around with futures, on which any mining machine is better and everything works. Dyakuyu Chinese for such suitability, the platform is well, straight fire. I am also very surprised by their openness, I see a lot of conferences and events related to the exchange, you will not find this on any Binance.
I want to say that there is more NOT a divorce, like the AAX crypto exchange, how many forms I have read, and one review is more beautiful than the other. Reviews about the AAX exchange are a separate book of complaints. But my experience has refuted and confirmed everything at the same time, the platform works like clockwork, everything is as coordinated as possible, from support to an educational resource, AAX Trends is just a gun, I learned a lot there.
