Beechwood Car Sales have been based in the west end of Glasgow since 2006. We hand pick cars that have been traded into Main Dealers such as Clarks, Vardys and Macklin Motors. I PHONED THE GARAGE AND WENT TO SEE A CAR THAT WAS ADVERTISED. WHEN I GOT THERE THE CHAP WAS VERY HELPFUL AND NOT A PUSHY SALESMAN THAT A HAD FOUND AT OTHER DEALERS. AS A FEMALE ON HER OWN I FOUND THE MAN VERY HELPFUL, HE GAVE ME THE KEYS OF THE CAR THEN LET ME LOOK AT IT WITHOUT HANGING OVER MY SHOULDER. HE EVEN ARRANGED ROADTAX FOR WHEN I COLLECTED MY NEW CAR. OVERALL IT WAS A VERY PLEASANT EXPERIENCE AND I LOVE MY WEE CORSA.
Terrible place to buy a car from got absolutely bumped by the seller selling you a broken car try to message him about it got completely ignored wouldnt reccomend this guy to anyone defo in the wrong business its an absoute taking loads of money of someone for a piece of old tat disgraced !!!
Don’t be fooled by talk on the website about family business and years of experience. It’s run by just one very obnoxious and rude guy who has nothing but contempt for customers wanting to look at his cars. Expect to be insulted and sneered at if you want to look at more than one car or ask too many questions about service history and MOT advisories. You can even pay by card – he will only take cash. Be very careful with his cars – mostly rubbish from the auctions tarted up with polish. A quick google search on the models he collected on the cheap and you’ll see you’re gonna get a snapped timing belt or a blown transmission. This guy should find other work – he obviously hates dealing with people. He even gets snarly about taking cars for a very short test drive. If he can sense you know what you’re talking about – expect the attitude to get surly. Avoid this guy and try the other Glasgow dealers that give customers a bit of fiendly banter and a good look at the vehicles.
