Absolutely bizarre service.
Wrote me an email to say a refund was on its way and then never provided refund. When questioned after dozens of emails their final response was: it was the merchant’s fault and “DON’T BOTHER US ANYMORE” (my capitals). Why would they promise a refund if they hadn’t already received both the instruction and funds from the merchant? Plus I had to do all the chasing and Bitpay just provided irrelevant responses until it was chased to the rude final email.
THEY HAVE VERY HIGH FEES + REQUIRE PRIORITY FEES FOREACH SENDS !!
SO, U THINK IM OVERREACTING ?
I LITERALLY HAD TO PAY 6 TIMES THE ORIGINAL AMOUNT OF MY TRANSACTION !!!!!! FOR ME, IT’S LITERALLY THE WORST PAYMENT METHOD A WEBSITE SHOULD USE !!!
Businesses stay away from it. The way they accept payments is just plainly horrible. They trying to be fancy with integration with ALL wallets, but tell me why on earth I can pay in USDC in TrustWallet but cant in Exodus? I just want to send you an amount, why do you care from which wallet? Just horrible…
Oh my word!!!
Dont waste your time!!!
They are horrible, just looking to get one over and STEAL from their customers!
Their developers must be the worst bc NOTHING works!!!!!
So buggy! Not a place to trust your money in!!!
I was super excited for what they had to offer ow wish I never tried them!!!!
DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY!!!!
THEY SUCK!!!!!!!!!!
Made a mistake, paying an invoice in the wrong way which made the payment not get registred.
Bitpay answered and refunded the full amount in 4-5 days. Kudos to you guys.
