I have bought A LOT of cars in my time, however none of my experiences have been as easy as dealing with the staff at Crown Cars! And I sincerely mean that, where have they been hiding for the past 40 odd years of me buying cars!?!?!?! They are such a reliable garage who are able to make the buying process simple and easy, not to mention exciting! I dealt with three different people during my time there and all three of them were truly brilliant! I couldn’t fault them one bit! My Jaguar F-Type is a gorgeous car and it was a great price for the low mileage and age. I cannot praise Crown Cars enough, they are the best of the best!
I’ve never bought a new car and not felt stressed…. until I found Crown cars in Pontefract. The service provided by the guys at the dealership was second to none. They were so helpful and informative, just all round fantastic. They ensured the paperwork was sorted prior and everything taken care of their end leaving us to go and collect easily and hassle free… All we had to do was turn up and take the car away it was great The car looks perfect and is such a nice car to drive, the power that it outputs is brilliant, it make driving exciting again!
Everything is great, it drives perfectly and is good fun. The customer service from the garage was brilliant, they went the extra mile to make sure everything ran smoothly for us. I have already recommended them to a friend and would recommend to people reading their reviews.
My Golf is performing well and is such a pleasant car to drive, it performs as expected and lovely and smooth. All the staff were very friendly and more than willing to help during the purchase. The car was in great condition and there was no messing about or delays. I would definitely return here for my next car, they are great.
The customer service was amazing, they talked me through everything and conducting the deal well, they were open and honest and the whole purchase was straight forward and simple. Great purchase from the Crown team. I would highly recommend them for your next car purchase. I came to view a Focus and left with it the same morning. It was a very good price considering its lovely condition and low mileage. The staff were excellent and the process was smooth. Very simple transaction.
No issues in recommend Crown Cars to my friends, family and colleagues, in fact to ANYBODY that needed to buy a new (used) car. We used this garage to purchase our Fiat Panda and could not thank them enough for all the help and support. All details were explained clearly and a full explanation of the car, its functions and the do’s and don’ts. The car has been lovely and we have enjoyed every trip out, we are extremely happy with the car and would buy from here again in the future.
I know I’ll always be returning to Crown Cars in Pontefract when I’m on the hunt for a new vehicle. I just purchased a TT from here and it couldn’t be better! It’s great fun, enjoyable to drive, and very comfortable! The team at the showroom were friendly and very helpful. I would be more than happy to recommend to others and have already passed a few friends onto these. I will be using these as my go-to from now on!
I couldn’t have asked for anybody nicer to deal with, they were absolutely amazing! I saw the car on Autotrader and it was exactly what I had been looking for. The car hadn’t been in long, but the salesman knew everything about the car, and told me everything that I needed to now. My salesman told me to take it on a good long run so I can get a good feel for the car. I was really pleased with how kind he was, it made me feel like at ease from the moment I arrived. He was not pushy with the sale at all, so overall it was a perfect experience! Thank you so much for all of the help!
