  1. I’ve been using Exodus for around 2 years now, with a good satisfaction.

Due to a hacker attempt I had to format my PC, which caused me to lose access to my wallet. I lost the 12 words recover code and therefor access to my wallets with ~5.000$ on it.

I’ve tried to reach out to the support multiple times, but the only answer I get is a response to the very first email with what looks like a bot generated answer. For 2 days, I havent been able to get in touch with a human being or any kind of help besides a bot generated mail with links that arent any of my concerns.

  2. Sent you an email about 3 months ago and never got a reply on how to stake the algo

  3. This crypto app worked well and never had any trouble using it. It had videos on how to use it and it is a great wallet that I still use. It’s a good wallet for someone who is just starting to learn about digital finance.

  4. I no longer use Exodus. For some time I enjoyed how easy the platform was to use. However, their refusal to accept FLR airdrops and the horrendously messy ‘solution’ they offered by way of MetaMask was frustrating, even gut wrenching. A deal breaker for me. Additionally, I much prefer the added security a cold wallet (Ledger) provides.

  5. They scam! There exodus wallet literly ate my money! I bought btc and a sec later the wallet sent all my money to some random wallet! dont use this wallet. There support also relly stinks, they dont anwser when u mail them, and if they do they send som BS as a respond!

  6. Terrible Customer Service, and then they act like its my fault and offered no help. That’s Sh?) Service. There wallets are compromised, so that they can be hacked without you even knowing. I lost $1000 and they offered Lip Service Like a Cheap Alley Hooker. Had the nerve to act like I stole my own money, what a Joke! They have you do all these security scans, and i think they use results to wipe A&^ with. instead of helping. I have never Customer Service like theirs! 100% Garbage!

  7. Customer service was fast and was with a real person which was refreshing to have. I would like for there to be better explanation of fees and how things work; it seemed hard to find that info on the website so I had to go to the YouTube channel of other users. Thank you.
