By far the best customer service I have ever received from a dealership. They were absolutely fantastic, and I am very pleased with the car I purchased. It is exactly what I was looking for and is such a reliable car. All the team there were great as well, they were helpful and really friendly. I didn’t feel pressured at all and was allowed to take my time looking through their range of stock. It was more like a day out rather than looking for a car. The best experience I have had to date!
My Astra was like brand new when I purchased it from these guys. The car was in such good condition and was really well looked after. It drives perfectly and has been very reliable so I’ve had no issues at all. The staff at the garage were very helpful and friendly as well. They were really knowledgeable and were able to talk me through the whole process. I would be more than happy to return again for my next car, and have already recommended them to friends looking for a new motor.
I am really pleased with the car and service provided by Herts and Essex. The car was in great condition and drives like a dream! The team were absolutely fantastic during the purchase of my A5.
