  2. My experience with Hilton Car Supermarket was great. Ezenwa was the salesman who was dealing with me and he was really good from the get go to the last point of contact. As for the car – so far so good. I couldn’t of wished for a better experience here.

  3. Based on my experience I would use Hilton Car Supermarket again, the process was easy enough and the customer service was fine, I have no issues or anything bad to say about these guys. Its a good company to purchase a car from! When I came to check the car out it was clean and tidy and I just couldn’t fault. Highly recommended to you!

  4. The new vehicle is driving well, absolutely fine with no issues. The customer service was good. The process was quick, snappy and easy and again no issues with that. I will be using again and recommending!

  5. I did have an issue with the Discovery, however, everything was dealt with timely and efficiently so I have no complaints with how things were handled. The warranty covered the work needed, and the car is now driving soundly. Good efforts Hilton 👍

  8. Very good condition for a second hand car. It looks great, me and my wife are very happy. The only thing that could’ve been better, is if they had the option to delver the cars, however, apart from that, I am very happy.

  9. Shehbaz was brilliant from first walking through the door to driving away with a smile on my face in my new Audi A3. The guys in the dealership were more than happy to give a helping hand with anything at any time. The process ran nice and peacefully with no eventfulness. Hilton Car Supermarket are a lovely dealership and highly reliable.   10. My Audi A5 is PERFECT 🤩 it is everything I wanted! In terms of customer service this was very good, the team were friendly and Abul helped with all my questions. I can’t fault them and I would happily return.

  11. Even though I have no other car buying experiences to compare to I feel I can still say with confidence that I had a 5 star experience at Hilton. The customer service was second to none, everyone was friendly and Harjit was incredibly informative. Overall my Octavia is working very well 😊

  12. When my husband and I visited Hilton Car Supermarket we were in a massive rush because our last car had literally died on us. So we went in on a mission knowing exactly what we wanted. Shehbaz was so accommodating and we were able to drive away the same day… PERFECT! The Focus that we purchased is a lovely car and drives very well. Top marks all round

  13. Touch wood our Qashqai has been spot on up until now, no issues what so ever. We were very happy with the service we received too. The gentleman who we dealt with, Ezenwa was very professional and helpful. Buying the Qashqai was very straightforward, we couldn’t have wanted a better car buying experience. Thanks Hilton.
