Brought a lovely BMW 118D Coupe from Jamie Lunniss at jct 17 cars, was dealt with very professionaly and really happy with the car. They have some great cars and really nice company to deal with..
Bought a mercedes Benz SLK 300 from them a month ago. Was promised a 6month warranty, 1 year AA breakdown cover & told car had all documents supplied. Actaul sale was handled in a rushed & impatient manner, salesman couldn’t wait to be rid of us once the money had been transferred.. After travelling some distance to collect the car, upon arriving home again & examining all documents. we discovered no owners manual, no AA cover & no breakdown cover supplied. Have attempted to contact dealer on svereal occasions by phine & email & have had no response. About to contact Cambs Trading Standards to report this company for breach of contract.
drove from Sussex yesterday to complete a deal on a DB9.. couldn’t drive the car with a rear light full of water.. drove home another 3 hours.. I had given a refundable deposit and today the manager refuses by one of his salesmen to give me my money back . might as well wear stockings on his head a try mugging old ladies..
