  1. First time we used a car supermarket of any sort, 30 yrs driving and buying cars. Joel Hayes our first point of contact over the phone could not have been more professional, more knowledgeable, and was extremely fast at finding us an alternative car that was due to come in but had not been processed yet,as the one we were after had just sold. Based on what he said we put down a £300 deposit and drove from Malvern to Newport 2 days later to look at the car.He was as good as his word, the car is even nicer and better than we expected. The reception we got at Newport was again professional and not pushy,altogether a very pleasant experience and one we would happily recommend to others to try if you are looking to buy a car. Great Value Great Service.

  2. First step checked the website very good display of available vehicles and good graphics on viewing what I was looking for. My car of choice delivered to my nearest branch,the staff were very efficient,hosipitibal and friendly. Test drive and paperwork completed and drove home that night pleased as punch. Thanks again Motorpoint.

  3. I like motorpoint.However I was disappointed at my recent visit with all the bizarre price additions on arrival. A price advertised should at least be the price paid. Sharp practice is for backstreet sellers. The part exchange value was disappointing. I left without buying.

Please be very careful when dealing with these people that you get handbooks,service history and 2 keys.They will give you some story about keys etc being sent when they have “lost” them.The car itself was OK ? but the “service” from a sales manager at head office was awful. Still waiting for my £50.00 compensation for wasted 8 hours thanks to being told a straight lie regarding the second key,the hand book and the service history.Had I not asked about these items specifically I would have blamed myself.I did ask and was told that I would get them with the car but all were “lost” ????? Good at making promises on the phone but trying to get anything in an e mail – forget it. Please do not trust this company.
