MARTIN COMMENTED THAT MOST MAIN DEALERS HAVE BEEN SO HEAVILY TARGETED BY THEIR MANUFACTURERS THAT THEY HAVE FORGOTTEN HOW SIMPLE THE CAR BUYING PROCESS IS, AND HOW ENJOYABLE AND EXCITING IT SHOULD BE.

The team were really helpful when I was buying my Audi Q2, it was simple and straight forward and was quite a quick transaction as well. My car is driving sound and has been ever since I left VR EPS. Thanks for the help lads, I’d definitely buy again.
Sam was a great help when going through with the purchase of my Kia Sportage. he was a nice young lad and did everything he could to ensure that I was happy. He provided first class customer service and was a great help, answering any and every question that I had. My Sportage is a great car and has been driving beautifully so I couldn’t be happier! I highly recommend VR EPS, and in particular Sam, he was a pleasure to work with!
I’ve known Nick for quite a few years now so have bought a numerous amount of cars from VR EPS in my time. He provides great service as always, and sorted me a great car in the process. My Peugeot has been running perfectly ever since and has caused me no issues. Thanks Nick !
My Merc is better than I ever imagined it to be, it was in pristine condition when I went down to the VR EPS site and was gleaming inside and out. The show room was really impressive as well, everything is immaculate and looks really well organised. This was reciprocated throughout the customer service as well, the team were really organised and made the transaction really simple and straight forward. I would happily buy from these again and highly recommend purchasing from these guys.
My Qashqai is perfect, it is a lovely car to drive and is in great condition. It was definitely one of the best ones on the market for the price, condition, mileage etc. The guys were really accommodating during the purchase as well, they gave me all of the necessary information and answered any query that I had, even after the sale. I would highly recommend using VR EPS if you are in the Warrington area, or even if you are further away, they are definitely worth the drive!
I found the team really easy to speak to and were very accommodating during the purchase. I was made to feel very welcome and felt very valued as a customer. My Kuga was exactly as described and drove soundly when I took it for a quick test run. I would happily recommend to others, it was a great car buying experience!
Nick was a great help during the purchase of my Jaguar XE, he was really helpful and made it a very stress free transaction. He was a really nice guy and sorted me a great car as well, so I cannot find a single fault with my purchase. Everything was finalised in no time and I was driving away in my Jag in a few days. I would happily pass on my recommendations of VR EPS, and would recommend using Nick as your salesman he was fantastic from start to finish!
Although I haven’t actually drove the car yet due to me being on holiday, I am over the moon with the service provided by the team at VR EPS. From the get go they were welcoming, friendly, helpful and really accommodating. They answered any questions that I had about the BMW and just really looked after me from beginning to end. My Dad is the one who picked it up for me, and he said that the car is amazing to drive so I am looking forwards to getting behind the wheel! Thank you team!
I highly highly recommend VR EPS to anyone looking for a car in pristine condition, my Jag is close to perfection and has next to no wear and tear marks. It has been driving perfectly and is a really comfortable drive. The customer service was brilliant as well, my salesman was really helpful during the transaction and made it a very straight forward. Without a doubt I would definitely return again, it was a great experience!
Being completely honest I cannot fault the experience I had personally with VR EPS. I dealt with Simon while I was buying my BMW and he was spot on. I could see myself quite happily returning to these guys in the future.
I have never been to VR ESP before but I was totally taken back when I went in, it is a really stunning dealership and they have a gorgeous range of cars! Makes you feel a little bit like a kid in a candy store when you go in. I adore my Mercedes GLC purchased from here, it feels and looks like such a well put together car.
Seeing as this is the third car I have purchased from VR EPS I think I have to say I am clearly very happy with the quality of the cars they have on offer and the customer service they provide is always flawless. I feel very familiar with the sales process there and each time it has been smooth and well ordered. The most recent car I have added to my collection is a Range Rover Sport, it is a beautiful example of one of these cars. I would recommend VR ESP for many reasons, you are in the safest hands with them.
